Dr. Anderson looks forward to meeting with you, listening to your concerns, and understanding where you are in your health journey, speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese.

He will work with your current medical providers and medications, explaining everything clearly with you to figure out the best next steps.

Dr. Anderson has more than 20 years of experience practicing acupuncture in functional medicine as a licensed acupuncture physician in the state of Florida. He has works closely with seniors and veterans, helping them recover from chronic pain and injuries.

His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Health Science, a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and a Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, California.

Advanced training in the United States and abroad includes auricular acupuncture under Dr. Raoul Nogier, M.D. (France); oncology acupuncture at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York; Acupoint Injection Therapy with Dr. Jen Kersschot, M.D. (Belgium), founder of Biopuncture Injection Therapy.

Dr. Anderson has a true passion for his profession and for providing a non-pharmacological approach to healthcare. He enjoys treating a wide variety of health conditions, including neurological disorders, musculoskeletal pain, women's health and fertility concerns.

Dr. Alexandra takes a thoughtful and compassionate approach to care, tailoring each treatment to the needs and goals of the individual.

She recognizes how deeply pain and ongoing health concerns can affect daily life and is committed to helping patients find relief and improve their quality of life.

Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine. Her clinical experience includes working with a wide range of health concerns, with a particular focus on pain management and musculoskeletal conditions.

She believes in looking at the whole person and considering the many factors that can influence a patient’s health and well-being.

Alexandra has a special interest in cosmetic acupuncture and has completed additional training in facial rejuvenation.

Her approach focuses on enhancing the skin’s natural appearance, softening visible signs of aging, and supporting facial balance and complexion. She also has experience using acupuncture to address facial and body scars, with a focus on improving their appearance and texture.

Alexandra is a Diplomate of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM) and a licensed Acupuncture Physician in the state of Florida.
